Wolf Dream catcher image... ambient light version

This is very beautiful and I have t ask: Is this digital? I thought it was a traditional painting. If it is digital, how did you get the lines so uniform and every color where it's supposed to be (inside the lines?) I think you might need to make some tutorials for artists like me who have a hard tie of drawing straight lines.
